Data Analyst

Data Analyst - Ipswich - Majority Remote - £30,000-£40,000

Cloudscope are recruiting closely with a tech consultancy that have a global presence. They are seeking a Data Analyst, a new role and addition to their data & applications team. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel at least once a week to their Ipswich office, speak the english language fluently and have experience in data visualisation tools, Tableau preferably. You will be responsible for their customers data to enable data driven decisions that impact the business in many ways.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to define requirements and present findings.

- Identify and extract relevant data to answer business questions.

- Use the relevant tools and techniques to visualise data in a way that is appropriate for the audience and has a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

- Ensure processes and deliverables are well documented and repeatable

- Support data engineers and data scientists in troubleshooting data pipelines and monitoring data quality.

The Candidate:

- At least one data visualisation tool (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik)

- At least one statistical package for analysing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS).

- Focused on achieving objectives and timely delivery of projects.

- Experience in Python or R.

- Experience working with relational databases and advanced SQL querying

This role would suit a candidate that has a minimum of 2 years experience as a Data Analyst, with the listed skills. You will have the desire to work for a global business and have a passion for saas markets and AI.
